I met up with Meli and Brennan for their engagement session recently.  We thought Jax Beach would be a great spot since they spend a lot of time there and signifies the start of their relationship.  I am super excited about their wedding next year at the Ribault Club!  When I met with them earlier this summer, Meli shared some of her amazing ideas and this wedding will definitely be full of great style.

It was really important that we stopped by Fionn MacCool’s which is a local Irish Bar.  This is the actual spot where Meli & Brennan decided to start dating.   Another spot we decided to hit was the Casa Marina.  They have a great bar upstairs.  Meli, you are so beautiful!  Those blue eyes are fierce!  

Last week, I caught up with Nicole and Billy for their engagement session.  It was great to finally meet them in person!  They are such a cool couple.  Since they’re both marine archaeologists, they thought Fort Clinch in Fernandina Beach, Florida would be a nice place to shoot.  There is so much history at this place and we really appreciated the “after hours” tour and access to the grounds from Lee (the park ranger on duty).    

I’m really excited about their upcoming beach wedding in September!

A little peek from the fun engagement session with Melissa and Josh on Saturday evening.

I can’t believe I forgot to blog this session.  Earlier this spring I did a session for a super sweet family from out of state.  They were vacationing here and needed some pictures of the entire family together.  I don’t do a ton of family shoots but I really do enjoy them.  They had the cutest and friendliest kids.  We had a great time during the shoot.
