This has been one of my favorite portrait sessions to date.  Kristin & Caleb are married and both serving in the United States Navy.  She contacted me to schedule a portrait session together  and explained the reason for the shoot.  They wanted to be photographed in their summer whites to commemorate the milestone of their first deployments.   I knew this would be a great shoot and was so excited to finally meet them in person.  They are just as sweet as they are cute.  I have tremendous respect for our men and women in uniform and it was an honor to document this very special time in their lives together.  

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and photographing the Sims family.  I was excited to work with them during their visit to their second home here in St Augustine.  Susan, Sam and their three beautiful children were an absolute pleasure to photograph and I loved their clothing selection with just the right amount of color and character.  Hopefully in the new year, I’ll be able to photograph more awesome families!

Just because it’s raining outside, it doesn’t mean an engagement session has to be boring.  Mindy & Patrick’s St Augustine engagement session is proof of that.  I had the best time with these two!  Such a sweet, sweet couple!  It’s always fun to try and work in less than ideal circumstances to get the creative juices flowing so even though it started out rainy, we thought outside of the box and “made it work”, as Tim Gunn would say.

Lindsey is a St Augustine realtor and she contacted recently to shoot some new portraits for her business.  We decided to meet in downtown St Augustine for her shoot.  She has a genuinely warm and bubbly personality on top of her beautiful face.  I really wanted to capture some business type shots of her but with a girly flair.
