Being able to photograph Layn & James’s River House wedding was really great for several reasons.  Not only are they a really sweet couple but Layn was actually a past bridesmaid from Chelsea & Chris’s wedding that I shot last year.  The rain stayed away and they enjoyed a beautiful ceremony and reception overlooking the Matanzas River.

I met Liz & Shaun for the very first time on their wedding day.  They were every bit as sweet at I thought they would be after several phone calls with Liz.  I really love working with out of town couples and I’m so happy that they chose St Augustine for their destination wedding.  It’s not too often that I get to shoot beach weddings but after this one, it makes me wish I shot more of them.  The skies were the most beautiful shade of blue  which was the perfect backdrop for their sweet ceremony.  After the ceremony, their family and friends all joined together at OC Whites for dinner, cake and toasts.  

Kayla & Suraj are one of my fall couples.  Their wedding will be in St Augustine so they opted to have their engagement session at The Cummer for something a little different.  They’re a lot of fun and I’m really looking forward to their wedding later this year.

Lauren & Chris are one of my 2013 couples and we met up in St Augustine for their recent engagement session.  They are naturals in front of the camera and I can’t wait to photograph their March wedding!

My year of amazing weddings ended with Michelle & Josue’s Casa Monica wedding.  I could not have asked for a better couple to end the year with.  They planned a destination wedding and were joined by a small group of their closest family and friends.  Their intimate ceremony was followed by a delicious dinner at 95 Cordova and everyone had a really great time.  They topped off the night with a trolley ride in the nation’s oldest city.  This was  a perfect ending to my year and I can’t wait to see what 2013 holds.  Here are just a few of my favorites from their day.  Enjoy!
