My year of amazing weddings ended with Michelle & Josue’s Casa Monica wedding.  I could not have asked for a better couple to end the year with.  They planned a destination wedding and were joined by a small group of their closest family and friends.  Their intimate ceremony was followed by a delicious dinner at 95 Cordova and everyone had a really great time.  They topped off the night with a trolley ride in the nation’s oldest city.  This was  a perfect ending to my year and I can’t wait to see what 2013 holds.  Here are just a few of my favorites from their day.  Enjoy!

Mallory & Richard’s St Augustine wedding was one of those events that I’ve been extremely excited about ever since they booked me.  They are an amazing couple and so much fun to be around.  Since I’d never shot a reception inside of the Lighter Museum, I knew I’d be in for a treat with Sarah Grace of The Big Event and PRI Productions in charge of showing off this unique space.  Everything about the day was perfect and I think it exceeded everyone’s expectations.  I’m so happy to have been a part of it.  Here are a few of my favorites.

Jess & Cory were an awesome couple to work with for their River House wedding last month.  They are a beautiful couple and so easy to photograph.  These two are so in love with each other and it shows every time I’ve shot them.  The excitement they both had on their wedding day was palpable.  Jess was a beautiful bride and she has one of those million dollar smiles that will make anyone drawn to her so it doesn’t take long to see why Cory is so smitten.  The threat of rain and Jess’s run away veil (if you were a wedding guest, you’ll know what I’m talking about) couldn’t begin to put a damper on their beautiful ceremony and reception.  I loved the simple, classy white decor they chose for the ballroom at River House.  They had a great group of family and friends to share in the excitement.  It was an absolute pleasure to be with them on their amazing day.  I’m so happy for them!  Thanks you two!

I loved being a part of this wedding!  Back in November, I had the privilege of shooting Lara & Steve’s wedding.  Lara & Steve are the owners of Declaration Boutique and Events so from the moment we started talking about their wedding, I knew there would plenty of originality, beautiful details and a touch of romance.  Any time couples put as much thought and work into making their event truly unique and personal like Lara & Steve did, it’s always fun to shoot and this wedding was no exception.  TPC Sawgrass is absolutely one of my most venues and the team of incredible vendors they chose to help create their perfect day are some of the best in town.
